Hirbod Lotfian is a graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Tehran, a Post-Master’s student in Type Design in France, and a member of the Iranian Graphic Designers Guild. He is a specialist in the typography of global scripts. Having received his early education in Cairo, Mansour holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and a Diploma in Product Design. In 1996, he joined Monotype Typography, where he played a pivotal role in developing and expanding fonts for lesser-served scripts and languages, including Arabic. His work at Monotype included technical implementation of OpenType for complex scripts, in addition to ensuring typographic compatibility across a broad range of writing systems. Mansour’s expertise lies at the intersection of linguistics, design, and computer science, enabling him to contribute significantly to digital typography of Unicode-based fonts. He continues to speak at international conferences, sharing insights on the evolution of digital typography and its implications for global communication

TNTypography in Paris, and specializes in Arabic typeface design, typography and custom type. A 2006 graduate in the Master of Arts Typeface Design programme at the Department of Typography and Visual Communication, University of Reading, he also studied Arabic script at the École Supérier d'Art et de Design d'Amiens, France. Titus holds a PhD in Typography & Graphic Communication from the University of Reading, UK.

Arabictypography.com is an independent type foundry designing and producing original multilingual digital fonts that respond to specific market needs. Our key expertise is in languages using the Arabic script and additional other scripts matching or working in harmony with Arabic. Our retail fonts library includes a collection of stylish typefaces that we have designed and that are available for immediate purchase in different licensing models. Our fonts vary in styles and design and are specifically designed for a variety of usage possibilities in branding and communication.

A typeface design studio and font distributor that addresses the needs of global typography. Together with our collaborators, we create original fonts for a polyphonic world. Our research-based practice has been recognized and received awards from within the industry. But most importantly it has enabled people to read better in their native language.

A type foundry and design studio specifically focused on developing high quality Arabic typefaces. It is the result of a collaboration that started in 2011 between Kristyan Sarkis and Peter Bilak of Typotheque.
